Langley ARGON GAS WELDING REGULATOR TWIN 2 GAUGE S&hellip by Langley
5.0 out of 5 stars Highly recommended, 21 July 2014
Mine arrived Stamped with 5 years test. works well Perfect price perfect product. I definitely recommend this for the home and amateur. Heck I'd use it at work but they like to pay hundreds to BOC for theirs.
Maypole BC2040 Towbar Mounted 3-Cycle Carrier by Maypole
I bought it for my car only to realise the spare wheel on the boot gets in the way, but that's ok it can go on my wife's....erm maybe not it wont fit to swan neck towbars. Ok... before I modify her car lets look at other bike racks...many out there 25% cheaper with clips to hold the bike. Now I dont feel like I have a bargain. The carrier is well designed but lacks the vital ingredient, - something to clamp your bike with. Draper 35017 300 Bar Argon Regulator by Draper
I would give the regulator 5 stars but as regulators should be inspected or changed every 5 years and mine came stamped with only 6 months of it statutory test still in force (i.e. expires in 2015), all I can say is be careful. Lets face it Argon is pretty harlmess, but these things are in line with the full 230-300Bar of your cylinder. and need to be right.
The reality is that the regulator will likely work on and on for years without fault but when buying product new like this, I would expect at least 4 years of it's 5 year test to still be valid, otherwise why buy it new? There are regulators at half the price available if you dont care about quality and standards.
