The Empathy Era: Women, Business and the New Pathw&hellip by Belinda Parmar
Well researched and well written with a lot of eminently sensible things to say about new models for businesses to consider if they are to be emotionally intelligent. The author argues convincingly for us to value empathy and also shows us how to do it. All CEOs should be reading this book - the corporate world needs a revolution and this book can well serve as a catalyst for this change.

This book offers sound advice to young women considering their careers as well as giving employers and educational establishments an opportunity to reflect and modify their practices as well as creating new models that allow and encourage greater inclusivity. Belinda puts forward proposals and suggestions that allow us to build our IT house from the ground upwards and it's a space in which all are welcome. I have a daughter and when… Read more
