Very impressed, easy set up, good battery life, nice screen, connects to 5mhz wifi and simply flies. I thought a small screen would be an issue but it works well and you can increase the font size to make it readable.
Netgear R7000 Nighthawk AC1900 Smart WiFi Router by NetGear
5.0 out of 5 stars Working well, 18 Mar 2014
This replaced the new Asus I had to return; I left this review for the best part of 2 weeks to ensure there were no issues. All is working well with excellent range. Like a lot of technology it had a slightly non user friendly set up, you have to power it on first time and connect it in the exact order in the instructions; after downloading the latest firmware update it seems you then must do a factory reset (not clear in the instructions). The only downside is the display lights are very bright, not suited to a bedroom at night, but black tape would solve that, if it was an issue.

1.0 out of 5 stars Another Asus product, 25 Feb 2014
I had an Asus RT-N56U which solved my Virgin cable poor wifi reception, however I recently had to move the router to the top floor of my 3 storey house and it struggled to give full coverage. I bought this RT-AC66U and it solved the problem, fairly easy to set up and had it working within 15 minutes. It's good to have products like this that work out of the box without issues, well done Asus.

Whoops! Spoke too soon, later I started having connection issues, signal dropping, even when I sat next to the router. I tried many recommendations but have now returned for a refund. Have now ordered a Netgear R7000, hopefully this will work.
