I became very involved in the plot and was getting upset at the dirty tricks campaign that was being plotted! Fantastic book from a 15 year author you has talent to go far. Defiantly worth reading

The authors believes that leaders and managers seek to do a good job, however it's time to reassess the legacy systems from Adam Smith's eighteenth century ideas. Leaders are insulted by the term command and control; however, the book describes that this is exactly what we see in our organisations, with performance management the new work place tyranny. Relationship Mastery

I have really found Relationship Mastery simple to read with great tips to use. I love the before and after pages that summarise how we can positively move forward with relationships, using the techniques in the book.

I first read the book straight through over a few days and used highlighters and pens to scribble all over the key parts for me. Relationship Mastery is one of those practical books I keep picking up when I need some inspiration on improving my ability to manage a particular situation.
