Greek Phrasebook (Collins Gem) by Collins UK
4.0 out of 5 stars Handy book on Kindle, 25 April 2014
We're taking this with us on the Kindle when we go to Greece on holiday for the first time and have been using it alongside an audio learning Greek course. It seems to be well organised, covering the basics, and gives you phrases for a range of different situations. I wanted to give this suitcase a good work-out before writing a review and it has come through well. Four commercial flights, 5 African "bus" journeys, and several car/ taxi trips have left it virtually unmarked with just some of the bright silver rubbed off one of the handles, probably where it was rubbing against another item of luggage jammed in the back of a tro-tro. It is a manageable size, maybe on the small side for some, but if you really packed it densely you would be close to the 23kg max for most flights. It opens into two fairly equal halves, with the lid compartment sealed off with a zippable flap to keep the contents reasonably in place. It has its own built-in combo… Read more
