Blurry picture and absolutely awful sound. The sound especially was the reason I returned this TV for a refund.
It was lacking any kind of bass, to the point where I felt the internal speakers must be defective. No amount of messing around with the sound settings made the output any more tolerable.
Sorry, but I wont be going SEIKI again.
It's a bit bulky, though does offer decent screen protection when being shut up in my briefcase.
Cover it a little too stiff for its own good, in that, it doesn't always shut off the iPad when the flap is closed.
The magnets doing the locking aren't properly aligned, one being more prominent than the other.
The lip between the screen and the leather frame collects a lot of bits too.
I seem to spend a lot of time removing the iPad from the case and cleaning the screen.
I don't think I would buy another, in fact, I may switch back to the simpler, but more effective as a cover, single piece model.

I guess some of you, like me, bought this to use with an App such as Netflix.
Whilst I have not tried it with Lovefilm, I have tried it with Netflix and on my 32gb iPad 3, it works like a charm.
There is no "dual view" .. it it plays the film on either my iPad or on my TV, not both, depending on whether or not it is plugged in.
I can still pause rewind skip etc.
Ive been rewatching the TV show 4400 .. the image is crystal clear, as is the sound.
TBH, I think the cable is a little pricey, but, I would buy another if I lost this one.
