Whatever you do, do not purchase this as part of a present - it is a nightmare.

Bought this along with a Kindle as a present for a 70th birthday. Received an email a few days later stating 'you should, by now, have received your policy'. I hadn't. I called up. I was told it would be resent. Received another email saying 'you should, by now, have received your policy.' I still hadn't. I called again. They apologised and said there'd been an error and the policy would be sent after the Kindle was despatched. It wasn't (despite another, identical email). I called again. I would simply like to endorse the previous review - a truly awful product, for all the reasons stated elsewhere the puzzle is impossible to complete which makes it a very disappointing gift.

This is particularly galling in light of the 'technical details' which assert good quality, clearly without foundation.

Avoid at any cost.

Doesn't even deserve one star and I really just wanted to endorse the other 1 star reviews. This is truly awful. Shouldn't have a U cert and shouldn't have been made. My daughter isn't prone to neuroses or upset, but this film has really bothered her. Utterly pointless drivel with the sort of sacharin nonsense you'd expect (and, I suppose, that you've paid for) in a particularly sickly, amateurish and unconvicing guise, all of which I can live with. However, whilst I am sure we are all accustomed to narrative / plot devices through which tension is built before a resolution is reached, I wouldn't have expected a Disney, U-rated X-mas film to include:
