We Brake for Nobody ~ Spout
5.0 out of 5 stars Good time party metal, 7 Feb 2006
Nu-metal died on it's arse a few years back now. Thus the critics pan anyone that dares to play rap-rock. But why shouldn't bands as good as Spout do what they want? Should they ditch the party anthems and go all My Chemical Romance? Hell no. 'We Brake For Nobody' is a relentless, and in my opinion, challenging album. Spout are making the music they love, and making it well. The production isn't great, but the songs speak for themselves.
Any fan of good time rock n roll should own this album.
Heavy, funky, quality.
Not to be missed.

Choose Your Weapon, Choose Your Fate ~ The Darwin Theory

The Darwin Theory's debut album was reviewed in kerrang! magazine and given a lowly 2 out of 5 rating. This is nuts. 'Choose your weapon...' is a sterling shoestring effort that combines muscular riffage with streamlined melody. Strong vocals and some good lyrical themes are what set the band apart from their contemporaries. This is a cracking album and a must for all fans of heavy, honest and emotive music.
Aetheism Cures Religious Terrorism.
Coolest tag-line ever.

3 Ring Circus are a great bunch of guys I've had the pleasure of supporting. This album is just a straight-up rock album, and is very hard to dislike. Fans of the Foo Fighters, Feeder and 3 Colours Red won't be averse to this.
In short, do yourself a favour and buy this cd.
