perfect for every one
I have been working 32 years in pastry, but this book still good for me.
my mother who have never been in catering industry, believed the book for her too.

nice photo, very nice fact too nice photo even if you manage the recipe,the beauty of the photo is from art Deco presentation , need a laboratory to do the recipes.
