THE PRINCE'S MAN (The Five Kingdoms, #1) by Deborah Jay
5.0 out of 5 stars A thrilling new world, 11 Dec 2013
Have read "The Prince's Man" and found it a captivating story.

With believable fascinating and likeable... and in all the right places, hateable characters.

A brilliantly paced story in a beautifully crafted world. This book will appeal to fans of fantasy and legend and the sensitive characterisation of animals will broaden it's appeal to lovers of equestrian/animal fiction too. Happily I fall into both those interest groups and I loved it!
Trust Instead of Dominance: Working Towards a New &hellip by Marlitt Wendt
Having read a lot and written on this subject it didn't blow my socks off, but it's well organised with a very readable style. I would still recommend this to those new to reading this subject. It's very straight forward in it's presentation of the subject and is a welcome addition to writing on a very important subject.

I highly recommend this book. Gill Edwards has a very readable style of writing and is a joy to read.
One to reread many times over, containing humour, wisdom and some very powerful guided meditations.
I must admit that I put off buying this one because of the mention in the description that it was about a form of Shamanism, which doesn't particularly interest me. However, I am delighted that I bought it, I have several of her other books and this one adds to her delightful and powerful messages brilliantly.
