Navitech Brown Bycast Premium Book Style Leather F&hellip
3.0 out of 5 stars Does the job, 1 Feb 2012
I wanted a cheap but stylish cover to protect my Kindle - I got half of what I wanted. The Navitech is described as leather but I'm not convinced it is (it smells rather plastic) and the Navitech embossed logo in the bottom right corner (which I couldn't see in the photos) makes it look like something you'd be given at a conference. However, it is a snug fit so at least my Kindle won't fall out! It will do til I can afford something better.

5.0 out of 5 stars Compulsory reading, 1 Feb 2012
This is an easy to read book which ought to be compulsory reading for all girls aged over fourteen. Though much of the content relates to American culture, it is equally relevant in the UK. Any woman who has a daughter who thinks pole-dancing is 'empowering' should also read it - it's horrifying.

3.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing, 15 May 2011
I have to say I found this book disappointing. I (mistakenly perhaps) expected a look at the more personal, psychological aspects of ageing. What I got was a lot of facts and figures on biological and financial aspects of ageing which made for rather dull, depressing reading. If you are a person who reads the broadsheets and is informed, this book won't tell you anything you don't already know.
