Dead And Buried (Cooper and Fry Book 12) by Stephen Booth

I love Stephen booth's Cooper and Fry series so any criticism is with love. I have knocked off a star now as the characters need a shake up, they're becoming stale. It is time to kill off Fry or to make something happen between them, They simply don't have that 'electricity' other fictional pairs have. The story in itself is good and I will keep buying the series.

5.0 out of 5 stars My husband loved it, 1 May 2013
Bought this for my husband who rated it highly, some compliment as he is not a reader and very few ..... And I mean few, hold his interest. He enthused about this and says it is very informative and brings so many high profile people into the mix. It was an eye opener for him. High praise indeed.

Good enough to hold interest to the end of the book, but average at best, there is an awful lot better crime stories out there. I think the American author writes the characters how she imagines the English to speak and behave, a little bit 'jam and Jerusalem' and slightly outdated, needs to give them a dose of reality.
