The Psychologist's Eat Anything Diet by Leonard Pearson

I have read many books on weight -loss and diets ---- this has a great message but I feel it didnt resonate with me personally.
It is dated and was written many years ago , and seems too "psychological " , too much work.
It has the same concepts as Paul Mc Kenna , Beyond Chocolate, and Intuitive Eating. I would recommend Paul McKenna as he has updated this eat-what -you-love mentality and ditch dieting for good, but his version is less convoluted and old-fashioned in its presentation of tasks to journal and write down.

A beautiful voice , and also a good mix of different songs, classical and more contemporary . Easy -Listening and well produced , I would recommend it as the cd flows along beautifully and smoothly , one track into the next..
