5.0 out of 5 stars a real eye opener, 26 July 2014
This is a great book to get a comprehensive look at the problems with our obsession with plastic. There is so much information out there it can be overwhelming but Beth has done the research and brings all the info together in a fun and easy book to read. There are loads of tips and ideas as to how you can reduce your plastic consumption. I am recommending this book to everyone I know and I am looking forward to starting my own plastic free life!

Firm favorites with my kids and I are peanut butter munchy squares, mac-nificent, pumpkin seed and choc chip oatmeal breakfast bars, sweetballs and the ever versatile wonder spread (how sis I live before this!?)
