This book is a revelation - you can have your cake and eat it!!
Harry Eastwood has managed to replace the fat in her recipes with vegetables, with no loss in flavour. I have baked about 10 recipes from the book already, the star being the raspberry blondies (heaven!!). I have covered some of the other recipes on my blog BrownievilleGirl.
I cannot speak highly enough about this book, it serves on so many levels. Firstly (and the reason I bought it) it gets vegetables into my veg phobic son!! and secondly I can indulge for a change, as the calorie and fat count is far, far less than your average cake .... Happy Days!!
