When I first bought this book, I was also reading another book about brain nutrition by Holford.
It was only later when I was tackling the health of my liver that I went back to this book and adopted various strategies contained in it.
It is a very worthwhile book and certainly raises lots of questions about brain health generally.

For one reason or another, my calcium needs have increased considerably.
Organic calcium is excreted if we take too much inorganic calcium OR we are low on any kind of calcium. Its funny how too much calcium and/or too little calcium results in calcium wasting.
In trying to address my deficiency and achieve 'calcium homeostasis', I've decided to take both organic calcium (this one) and inorganic calcium carbonate.

I bought this book because I couldn't get hold of a copy of the book about Vitamin K2.
When it arrived I was surprised that it was quite slim. The font size is not mean. Printed in Milton Keynes but very much an American book.
What can I say? the book changed my life for the better from page 1 !
I have adopted much of his advice and researched for myself and corroborated his views. The only section that I would disagree with is his view on salt.
