4.0 out of 5 stars Enjoyable Mecha, 18 Jun 2012
I have to admit this one appeared out of the blue for me. I tend to keep a track of whats coming out but this one almost slipped me by. Most of the mecha i own is gundam, which can get a bit samey sometimes, so this was a nice change of pace.

It is set in a world where people have the ability to control and manipulate quartz. This quartz is then used to power and control machinery such as the golems, large mecha used for war. Rygart, a young man born without this ability, is drafted into the military due to his ability to control an ancient golem thought to have been used by a race who also did not have the power to control quartz.

Durarara!! Vol. 3 [DVD] [2010]
5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic anime, 18 April 2012
Over the last couple of years i have became a massive anime fan, i pretty much buy everything i can get my hands on. I had watched Baccano, which is also brilliant, and a friend told me that this was the same style of story so i had to give it a try. I was not disappointed, Durarara!! is one of the best series i've seen in a while.

The story begins with a student called Mikado Ryugamine who moves to Ikebukuro in order to gain some excitement in his life. However upon arrival he ends up getting dragged into a world of gangs, information brokers and the mystery of a headless biker. Unfortunately that's about the best i can do without giving away to much of the story all i can say… Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Another great game, 24 Nov 2011
So we are finally here, the last game for Ezio Auditore. Assassins Creed 2 and Brotherhood are in my opinion two of the best games out there to this date. Even the first game despite its repetitiveness is a fantastic beginning to the saga so this game had a lot to live up to. It does not disappoint.

First things first the gameplay. It is very similiar to the last two, jumping up buildings, killing templars etc. You can't really expect any dramatic change and lets face it if it's not broke don't fix it. Training assassins is again available although i find it a bit boring so don't bother with it. You still buy shops to increase your income and there is a variety of things to… Read more
