Fireheart by Giulietta Maria Spudich
4.0 out of 5 stars A girl and her dragon, 29 Aug 2013
Fireheart tells the tale of a girl named Arianna, who finds herself swept away from her comfortable life in a small forest group and sent on an errand that leads her into contact with a people whose very existence is denied as make-believe. Oh, and for as long as she can remember she's been chained by the ankle to a dragon called George.

A young-adult book, Fireheart is well written and contains memorable characters. ComputerGear 5m RJ11 to RJ11 High speed ADSL/Broad&hellip by Computer Gear
2.0 out of 5 stars Not as specified, 24 Sep 2012
I bought this hoping for a high speed ADSL cable based on CAT5e cabling as shown in the picture and on the specifications sheet listed ([...]).

Sadly this is just another cheap ADSL cable and does not use CAT5e cabling. It actually causes a 300kbps loss of speed compared to my old cheap ISP-provided flat cable which isn't really acceptable over just 5m. I will be swapping back to my old one.

On the positive side, it's a nice white and very thin, and so easy to disguise if you want to hide the cabling.

The good thing it says is the dialogue and voice acting is well done and funny. And it really is. Cary Elwes always does well and the banter between the main character and the narrator is most amusing. It's just a shame he didn't choose a more over the top Princess Bride accent for the job.
The bad thing it says is the combat is dire. It's mindless hack and slash and the lack of tactical choices combined with an awkward 'spell' system do tend to make it something to endure rather than enjoy.
Graphically I think it's a treat. This is the first time… Read more
