Europe Restructured by David Owen
Europe Restructured by David Owen
There is a singular absence of intelligent public debate on the EU in a eurosceptic UK. Equally, my German contacts are baffled that full European integration might be questioned.

I bought this book after hearing Lord Owen's precis as the keynote speech at the German British Forum.

What is it like to grow up in a Christian cult, cut off by invisible barriers from the rest of mainstream society? How far can you fall when rebellion takes you to the wrong side of the law? Is there someone out there who can pull you back up?

I was astonished at the bumper ride that Graham went through from childhood to his mid twenties. There was however one constant, Graham's underlying good… Read more
