Since I purchased this kit, my running has improved so much. I can set the distance or time I want to run and having a goal really spurs you on. Plus you can check distance covered and pace whenever you want. Also having a power song on tap can totally get you up a long hill (and down again). This was a good buy.

Loving my iWatchz Q Wrist Strap, 9 Oct 2011
When I began my search for a wristband for my iPod Nano 6, I saw that there were some very cheap ones and some super expensive ones too. The iWatchz Q gives you a quality strap albeit for a bit more dosh but nothing like the cost of the really high end ones. It looks great and your Nano is properly secured. I am so pleased I didn't settle for one of the cheap ones. And a note to people who run: I find it a lot easier having my Nano on my wrist when I want to operate the controls than clipped to my shirt or shorts.
