I bought this bag to replace our old bread bin. The bread stays fresh for much longer in this bag than it ever did in the bread bin. And it does not take up as much space in the kitchen as the bread bin did. You can only put one loaf in, though. It's just large enough to fit one large loaf of bread in. If you want to store more than one loaf, like we often do, you will need 2 of these.
Cream Enamel Herb Planters (T)
5.0 out of 5 stars very pretty, 4 Nov 2011
I have been growing herbs in the garden this summer, but as the weather is getting colder, I have now moved 3 herb plants into these pretty pots. They are on my kitchen window sill, so I can cut bits off to use in the meals I cook. The pots look very pretty on the kitchen sill. They are a nice creamy colour that matches the kitchen cabinets, and they don't cost very much.

I have two of these, and they are very nice to look at. I bought them to replace troughs that had worn out, and I found that these are narrower than I expected. They are 20 cm wide, but that is including the rims, and the rims are quite thick. This means that there is not an awful lot of space for the roots of any plants you put in. Still, these planters are very nice and as long as you don't try to put plants in that are too big to fit in, will be very useful.
