For any students of economics, or people interested in exploring potential reasons behind why the the economy seems to be forever going up or down, this is an interesting and thought inducing read. though the authors advice is destined to be ignored, since too many people have too much riding on the value of their property rising at all costs, but still, a very interesting theory with various market examples provided convincingly.
originally saw this film years ago in the US. took a while to track it down on DVD, but glad I did. Hanks is surprisingly good, as if Field. it's a touching and somewhat nuanced story of people pursuing their passion or "calling", often in spite of the personal cost.
