Given the actual product 5 stars but I have to say that the packaging is absolutely pathetic, doesn't actually say anywhere on the container what the tablets are for/what they do! Obviously I did look at the product description and the reviews before I bought them but if it hadn't been for the numerous previous reviews this would have simply passed me by as a 'mystery' pill. Did a bit of digging online before I bought and it would seem that this fruitflow stuff is incredible, so why is there absolutely nothing about it on the actual packaging? I've gone three stars as I accept it was my fault for buying the album in the first place when I knew exactly what I was getting - the title isn't exactly cryptic or misleading is it!? Problem I have here is that I am a huge fan of the original songs and so for me its just messing about with perfection, the old adage of if it isn't broke don't fix it holds true in my mind. Nothing wrong with the album, nothing wrong with the remixes, it just isn't as good as the original.
In my opinion if you are a stone roses fan this is one to avoid but each to their own!
I have to echo a number of the previous reviews and say that I found this very dull and boring but I cant mark it down too much as I think my disappointment was more to do with my expectations rather than anything else. I was expecting a sort of 'outbreak' remake and when I saw the cast list I thought this has to be good - sadly I was wrong, it isn't. The acting is good, hence the generous 3 stars, but its just so slow and plodding that I just couldn't get interested in any of the characters and kept on looking at my watch willing it to end.
