I purchased this DVD ages ago, but never got to it. After looking at myself in the mirror, and having holiday in mind, I gave it a try last week. OMG! I truly felt the fat burning and the muscles, which I didn't know I have, ache for 2 days afterwords. It was hard to keep up, my heart was pounding like never, I stopped more than few times to catch my breath. After 5 minutes of warm-up, 40min of training and 5min of cool-down, I was sweatier than after 40min of running on the treadmill. After one week and 3 exercises, I lost 2 pounds so far and I'm definitely sticking to it. I got better at it, I feel a bit stronger, and don't stop so many times like before. I got used to the exercises and… Read more
Yoga Mat + CARRY BAG - Exercise, Gym, Pilates, Pad&hellip Macallen TM
4.0 out of 5 stars For beginners!, 16 Jan 2013
I found this mat very useful exercising at home.
I liked the choice of colours, also the size was good (I'm 5'5). I find the bag very convenient, because you don't need to think about how to store it or how to keep it rolled up. You don't need to try hard to roll back the mat tight to put it in the bag, I find it effortless. The bag on itself is a bit weak, I won't think it will last me long, though. I have carpets in every room, so I can't say anything about it being or not slippery in the class on the wooden floor.
The disadvantage is that after only few uses I have noticed a little pieces of mat breaking off. I think the quality is not the best. All in all, it's still a really… Read more

I was really excited to try it, because I heard good things about tweezerman products. I was highly disappointed.
First of all, I have to mention that I have never used a hard skin remover like that and I didn't have a clue how to. The first time I tried it, the blade went flying in my bathroom, after hard 10 min figuring out how to put it back in, not hurting myself, I did it. I assume, I stroke with it the wrong way, but still...it's pretty dangerous and not stable. Moreover, keep in mind that it's an actual blade and you can cut yourself. The most horrible thing, that after maybe two weeks the blade got rusty and I never used it again! I recommend to keep it elsewhere, but the… Read more
