I bought this soon after it came out this re in, I think, '94, and now 20 years later I can stick it on and shake my head in disbelief how this band disappeared after this and one other release ( though there was a mini album prior to this which was good). It is crammed full of ideas, a thick soup of a CD, with not one duffer. I've got maybe 500 CDs (sadly) and if I could only keep,say,5 this would be one (along with Physical Graffiti, The White Album, Phuq and Sunburst Finish.. oh blimey forgot Helmet's Meantime and Truckfighters Mania!) I bought Gravity X a while ago and loved it, Phi is good too but Mania is the best yet. Full of ideas, powerful, great playing and some neat different time signatures. This band deserve a lot of success...and Josh Homme thinks so too. The Reading Festival organisers need to get this band, they would suit each other...please? Love it, don't let it pass you by, buy it.
