For the price this case is very reasonable.
Before I talk about speed I want to make sure that everyone understands the terms used, to avoid confusion for those who don't know much about technical specifications. If you understand prefixes just skip this bit.
A bit is the smallest piece that information is broken up into, its signified with a lower case "b"
A Byte is 8 bits together, they are signified with an upper case "B"
Mega means it has been multiplied by 1024 twice, signified with a capital "M"
Giga means it has been multiplied by 1024 three times, signified with a capital "G"
so 1Mpbs is 1 x 1024 x1024 = 1048576 bits per… Read more

I am very pleased with this product. It's fantastic. It's fairly easy to set up. The display is clear and easy to read. It has more functions than you are likely to need (Speed, max speed, average speed, odometer, trip distance, trip time, clock, stopwatch, calories burned, fat burned, temperature, maintenance reminder). A couple of other reviews mentioned that the magnet has to be really close to the sensor, which is true, but if you can spare two minutes of your busy life to fiddle with it when you first put it on then it's really no issue at all. (You can always buy a stronger magnet if you cant spare the time). It comes with two batteries (one for the computer, the other for the… Read more

The item description says, wrongly, that this device can transfer data at 1000Mbps yes the Ethernet side of this does have that speed however USB 2.0 has a maximum speed of 480Mbps so the computer cannot receive the full gigabit speed. Its like having a mini roundabout at the end of a 3 lane motorway. This will be faster than standard 10/100Mbps Ethernet but don't expect full 1000Mbps. I would recommend getting an express card for a laptop should you want to have gigabit Ethernet. Unlike USB, express cards have 2500Mbps between them and the computer so they will not slow down the connection. Or if you have a desktop computer I recommend buying a PCI card. they have a minimum of 1064Mbps… Read more
