When The Wind Blows [DVD] DVD ~ Peggy Ashcroft
When The Wind Blows [DVD] DVD ~ Peggy Ashcroft
even years later i have to say this is still rivetting, upsetting, thought provoking and even charming... it's not just voyeuristic but the performances drag u in, the voice talents and animators worked hand in hand to produce a piece of art... most pieces of art provoke an emotional response, usually those emotions react to beauty, this response is, for me, one of shock... u are drawn into it, piece by piece until u are there with them

i first saw it as a teenager at school when nuclear war was a very valid fear, many years later watching it i am transported back to that period... wonderful wonderful piece and recommended to all, even as upsetting as it is!

i enjoyed series 4 also… Read more
