firstly a1cs provide the very best of customer service.i have had one or two problems but not with the premium + tablet.i purchased the standard fusion 5 but was not for me.this one has everything and more.for the price this is simply a great buy.you will not regret it.it is very fast and does not gave the limitations of apple products.im very pleased with this so if you have any doubts you need not worry.
