Any women who is thinking of starting a weight programme as well as those who already know their stuff will love this book. Full of information on how and why it also includes many ideas on training methods, exercises, reps etc. Nutrition is also included to get the body you will really be proud of. You'd be a fool not to buy it. Thanks Michael.

Again great explanations on why and what to eat. There are so many recipes in this book that I'd like to try I don't know where to start. Love the breakdown of recipes for getting bigger or leaner. Also the amount of carbs, protein and fats in each recipe makes choosing really easy. The bonus spreadsheet at the end of the book is amazing - no trawling the book for the correct amount of carbs etc it's all there in a list.

This book explains each chapter with easy to understand paragraphs and a very helpful summary at the end of each one. Also included are some great workouts & ideas so that you can create your own. Loved it so I also bought Shredded Chef and Thinner, Leaner, Longer (see my reviews).
