5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect, 1 Jan 2013
I'm currently 6 month pregnant and heard that the stretching in Yoga would do some good for my back and general fatigue. The DVD arrived yesterday and I got up this morning to have my first go(I've half heartedly done Yoga DVD's before). I thought the sequence was a good length - around 20 minutes and had a fairly quick pace, which means that it won't totally knacker you out! But I think I'll feel it in my legs tomorrow!

I look forward to doing this everyday and the postnatal workout after baby arrives :o)

2.0 out of 5 stars Bionic was better, 20 Nov 2012
I'm disappointed. There are only a couple of songs on this album that I can really remember after having played it on and off for the last week, those being Your Body and Make The World Move. Most of the other songs are forgettable dance tracks - where are the clever, personal lyrics that we have come to expect from Christina? I know Bionic was a commercial flop but at least after a few listens you could get your round what she was trying to do.

It's clear that this album is an attempt to get back into the charts by following in the footsteps of Rihanna - dancey up-tempo numbers which anyone could have written and produced. It has no Christina 'stamp' on it other than her… Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars A strong effort, 29 Oct 2011
While I wasn't bowled over by Kelly's performance of Mr. Know It All on the X Factor last weekend, I decided to check out her latest offering as I've always be a bit of a fan.

I can say that I'm very pleased with this album. Kelly hasn't deviated from her usual formula of up-tempo girl-rock and a couple of middle of the road ballads, but why change something if it works?

My only criticism is that I think the lead single was a poor choice and a song such as What doesn't kill you (stronger) would have made a much bigger impact and would have gained more airtime.

Either way, this is a strong album and a very good effort.
