These are an upgrade of the K450's which I bought last year, they may sound better (I was impressed by the originals) but the physical design is the same (I checked that out at a local Richer Sounds) which I found to be weak as after a few months of light use the swivel joints at the base of the headset on both sides cracked (one fell apart). Got cheesed off with the seller at the time who passed me on to AKG cutomer services, and another department et.c Good glue fixed the problem but they won't fold down anymore and look a bit shabby, they still sound good but aren't as portable. Cheap and cheerful, does what it says on the packet, easy to install, great for general use, picks up signal from 30 metres with little loss.

This is a squandered opportunity to document the production of one of the finest and influential horror/sf films of the last century.
Starting with the negatives, the book is physically too small. To pay homage to a film resting so much on it's meticulous and innovative visual design deserves a format at least a third larger, notwithstanding representing the quality of set design and cinematography.
Ian Nathan, the author, has obviously done his homework, despite some minor inaccuracies but belies his roots in magazine feature writing. Occasionally repetetive (especially the the captions to foto's-we have or are about to read this info-leave it out!Maybe not his fault but… Read more
