This is a good case, for a good price. It's a nice, matt plastic finish, and it covers the rear and sides of the phone, with a cutout for the power button and volume rocker, and for the USB port on the opposite side of the phone. The top and bottom of the phone remain accessible (giving headphone jack access) as well.

The sim and SD slots are not accessible while the phone is in the case, though I don't imagine people use these often enough to justify cut-outs for them. The phone "clicks" in nicely.

Unfortunately though, there is a design weakness, whereby since the USB port is very high up on the left of the device, there is only a small thin loop of plastic around… Read more

The packaging of this case does not do it justice. It ships with the usual "fake phone" overlay with red writing naming the phone (like all such cases do, if you've had one before) This case is nothing like any other I've had though - it feels premium quality. It's not got a soft-silicone feel - it feels much more robust, with plastic grips on the side, and some stylisation on the back.

All ports match up as well as you could ask for with the device - there's no annoying "just a bit too tight" like you sometimes get, particularly around the headphone jack. The S-Pen remains accessible, although as a result the phone is left slightly unprotected from a drop on the rear right… Read more

If you do decide to buy this case, be aware that it is very difficult to get the phone in it in the first place, and that if you ever need to get the phone out for any reason (such as to put in a new microSD card or pull the battery if you were to get a crash), you are likely to break the flimsy clips that hold the case together.

Good protection while it lasts, but personally would recommend a silicone-style case, as they seem to last better and offer similar protection but without the brittle plastic clips to break off.
