The title was meant to grab your interest !That done ,it does nicely break the book into 3 programmes based on the number of pullups you can currently manage. It shows you how to build up the no you can achieve in a step by step approach. You will need access to a pullup bar or a gym .Unless you're doing about twenty pullups already ,don't expect the title to realise what it seems to promise .But it is still an excellent book .Not too long but really covers the ground
