3.0 out of 5 stars Too formal and slow., 11 Jun 2014
I find these lessons far too formal and slow progress, they're too busy teaching vocabulary to really get into the true focus challenge of the language which is the grammer. The other downside is that the book and CV go hand in hand so it's not easy to just settle down and listen or read as you could do with other options.
Promise of a Pencil: How an Ordinary Person Can Cr&hellip by Adam Braun
5.0 out of 5 stars Inspiring reading, 11 Jun 2014
This book is an amazing read, it's really well written and the story is inspirational.

I've already given my copy of this book to a friend so it won't be long before I'm buying a new copy for my self.
Collins Quiz Night (Quiz Book) by Collins
4.0 out of 5 stars So many questions, 11 Jun 2014
Loads of interesting questions in this book, it'll keep you busy for hours.

One warning though: If you're buying this for your quiz mad father for Christmas, find a way to avoid becoming the quiz master, I wasted hours reading him questions :(
