I am buying scarves for our choir - we wanted different colours for cheerfulness and this is one of the scarves which I have in my ever growing collection. The quality of the scarf is very good and the blue is a very pretty shade. It is just what I was looking for, thank you. It is long enough to tie in front with the two ends hanging down nicely and wide enough to keep the neck warm in draughty halls.

This is a mixture of a Cluedo like game and the Sherlock Holmes Puzzle Collection book.
I would have preferred it to have come in a smaller box - the board folds down square so I'm not sure of the point of the unwieldy size of the box.
The board shows a Cluedo like maze of buildings rather than rooms and it only takes one or two plays to see the quickest way round.
The cases are dastardly and it is essential to make notes because there are a lot of characters with a lot of traits and a lot of clues to keep track of.
It is very thought provoking and the answer can pivot on one tiny clue so one must pay attention to everything offered.

This book is beautifully crafted, the very feel of it is worth the purchase. The inside is delightfully illustrated on pages which suit the period of the time. It is divided into different levels of head scratching and one can go from start to finish in order or dip in and out as the fancy takes one. The answers are in the back - (small niggle - they are not always explained). Some puzzles have just the right amount of thought provocation without dragging on before the light dawns, others we have gotten straight away and a couple we have moved on from to return to on another day.
