The joint rivet fell apart and I did not find the part for a couple of days. Some of the plating was coming off. But they still work ok though not great quality.

Works ok but I need a large cuff and they only seem to be available in Germany. However i would recommend for ease of use. Once you work out how to set it to speak English rather than German. You might also want to find somwhere that sells the mains adapter as the screen never switches off completely.

I received 1 item, not the set, and without a box. Very disappointing. As it was a christmas present I had no time left to wait for a replacement. Actual value £6. Awaiting a partial refund and will update if received.
