This is the mat I should have gotten years ago for P90X. It is the widest and thickest exercise I've ever owned. It's wide enough to do "wide push-ups" and thick enough that sit-ups can be done comfortably. Neither do I slip on it while doing yoga, which is a great relief. This is the mat I should have gotten years ago for P90X. There may be an issue with durability, but I'm not going to take a star off for that. At this price, if it wears out I'll just buy another one. The only reason not to buy this mat is if you want a portable mat for taking to exercise classes.This is not the mat for that. For home use however, it is the ultimate mat in my opinion.

This MSR stove is the business, I really can't fault it on anything. I bought it to replace a "trangia type" alcohol stove. The trangia, although it's low weight of just a few grams was a plus point it had proved to be inadequate for my requirements.I needed a stove capable of boiling enough water for rendering a dehydrated meal edible and brewing a mug of tea and doing so relatively quickly. Meeting this modest requirement proved impossible for the Alcohol stove.

The material of these shorts is soft elasticated cotton and provides slightly more warmth and insulation than would a regular pair of boxers. For the price I was expecting a comfortable, quality pair of under shorts out of the packet.
However, the tag which is located inside the waistband of the shorts is made of a rough material and as soon as you start to move or walk around it begins to rub against your skin. The irritation caused is fairly mild at least until any vigorous activity is carried out such as running or cycling and then it quickly becomes really annoying.
