A very long and detailed book which brings together many ideas and pieces of research which have been explored already in other books. The main drawback for a reader with M.E./CFS is that the book is so detailed and is not an easy read. Given that most people with M.E. have a range of cognitive issues to do with reading and taking in information. this means that the information is not easily accessible to its target audience. In a nutshell -- I've heard it all before but it may be of interest to people who are newly or recently diagnosed

Bought this cleaner 15 months ago and its been a huge disappointment. I wish I'd spent more on a good quality machine.

Out of the box it seemed great: good suction and well able to cope with conditions I bought it for -- two small children, animals, coal fire and dust etc. After two sessions the suction was reducing more and more. To try to maintain reasonable pick up you have to clean the filter after each use. The plastic at the top of the metal hose is weak --- had two new hoses (you have to buy the whole section) since new and now another has just broken at the top and at the part where it clips into the machine so hose keep coming out of machine if you have move it too… Read more

It's very, very seldom that a book can reduce me to tears but this novel, by new writer Nasim Marie Jafry has done just that. In my case this is partly because the subject matter is so close to my own heart since I am someone who has struggled with M.E. for over 30 years. Many of the life events have happened to me and many of the remarks and struggles with family and the medical profession have happened too.

Jafry's ability to communicate a life such as hers and mine through the telling of seemingly everyday situations and occurrences is wonderful. Every hurdle, every bruising nuance that M.E. brings to the smallest task is set down here in black and white. If anyone ever… Read more
