I saw this movie on the cinema - its a most underrated film - a typical John Carpenter horror tale with a hint of an homage to H.P.Lovecarft. I was looking forwards to watching it again, but unfortunately, after about 10 mins into the film, the sound quality had deteriorated so much that it was almost impossible to enjoy watching. As the film progressed the sound got so bad that I never got to the end. Ive returned it and hopefull will get a full refund.

3.0 out of 5 stars Lots of Padding, 8 Nov 2012
This book has some good points - four to be exact. I just thought that the writers had put a bit too much padding into what could have been written in 30-40 pages. There are far too many case study examples of people with OCD and how the four steps helped them. Also I found the references to biblical scriptures a tad off putting. "If its in the scriptures, then it must be true" seems to go against the substantial scientific evidence thats quoted in the book ( often several times over).

5.0 out of 5 stars A really good read, 5 July 2011
A book written by a counsellor about a haunting experience ? Well, I gave it a go and I must say, I was very pleasantly surprised. The book is essentially in two halves, with the first part being a thorough review of the psychology of supernatural events and how they could be rationally explained via psychological phenomena such as abuse, personality and trauma. Part two was a diary, outlining the "haunting" of the writers partner, and was totally gripping stuff. I really found it difficult to let go of what was being written, even after I had put the book down. I can certainly recommend the book. A really good write.
