This movie is 2 and a half hours long, but it still dosen't include all the important detail which were written in a book that takes around 5 hours to read.
Downsides: One of the many things lost was JK Rowling's enchanting third-person narration. Dudley's friend Pierre wasn't there. Daniel Radcliffe couldn't act. Draco Malfoy was too nice. There was only one Quidditch match. There was no Peeves. Many of the most important characters had about three lines.
