Completely pointless book. Has about ten pages on social psychology and then some random fillers about nlp and cbt at the end. The book is full of grammatical and spelling errors and missing words.
The content is just as poor. Discussing 'have you ever wondered why x happens in y scenario?' statements, and then a terrible attempt at describing previous social experiments to answer these statements, some of which he forgets to even tell you the conclusion.
I could have learned more if I had just googled social psychology and read the first article that came up.
