5.0 out of 5 stars Beyond expectations, 8 Aug 2010
Rush is my favourite band. I was always interested in the band members themselves but being a typical Rush fan [whatever that is?] I concentrated on the music. This movie gave me a satisfying insight into WHO these men actually are without being anal about it. Truly happy to see how ordinary level headed guys they are. The best line in the whole movie for me was at the end of the dinner scene when Geddy says something like " you realise now people are going to actually find out how boring we really are".. I tip my hat to the greatest rock musicians on the planet for 30 years of aural pleasure. For music that means something to & inspires me. This movie is priceless.

Superb!! Only Paul Rodgers could have pulled this off. He doesn't try to match freddie he just does is own thing .. and thats good enough. The sound reproduction is excellent.

Porcupine Tree - Arriving Somewhere [2DVD] [2011] DVD ~ Porcupine Tree
This is an excellent quality [Visual & audio] capture of their live gig on the deadwing tout . I saw then last December on the Incident tour and it was just like being back their. This review is not about the band (who ARE class by the way)but the DVD which is good quality sound & vision. Well mixed showingthe various band members doing their blistering performances. It give me a chance to try and figure out what Gavin Harrison is doing!!!
