I am a Kraftwerk fan, i got into them properly about 6 years ago, i owned The Mix probably about 14 years ago but never looked into them further, as my heart lied with current techno music (aphex twin, orbital, shut up and dance) and some electro. After a quite a while i decided to get the Computer World cd, and paid 12 for it, what an incredible album! and after hearing it i had to buy more and more... so i went for Autobahn, TEE, and Man Machine also. These albums satisfied my craving, and i listened to them a lot, but i have to say, i had to turn up my stereo a lot to get the volume i required, in comparison to a modern cd. I just finished watching Watchmen on dvd, not the overly expensive and sometimes disposable 2 disc version, just the straight up 1 disc dvd (i dont have blu ray) , and i have to say.... i was well impressed, im a big fan of alan moore and own the original graphic novel, and to be honest i'm a bit surprised he didnt want to add his name to this film, but as an artist, he probably wants to move on, it was the single most impressive comic EVER, adult comic that is....
But maybe he feels the films made of his books have been shoddily made, and rather than put himself up for more criticism, let the audience decide, sfter all he wrote the book... nuff said, and he need do no more.
