Darren Aronofsky has given us another taste of the weird and wonderful. Yes it's dark, even black, but keeps you guessing until you just have to give up and realise that this is "the ART of movie making" in full flow. I'm sure that this movie had a much larger budget than some of Darrens other flicks, which are often made on a shoestring, and in this case it's money well spent.
As the story unfolds the viewer may feel that they are becoming as disturbed as the character played by Portman (Nina) and you reach for some reason behind the madness.
