Ear Force X12, AMZ FFP (Xbox 360/PC DVD) by Turtle Beach

2.0 out of 5 stars Not worth the money., 13 May 2014
I bought these to replace a set of Turtle Beach X11's in which the plastic above the ear cup broke rendering them useless. I've owned the X12's for 16 months and now the plastic has broken on these too. I don't abuse my headphones. They sit on the desk next to me when not in use and yet, once again, the plastic is broken. The headphones work fine otherwise. The plastic where it's cracked doesn't even flex, so I've got no idea how this happened again. I'm tired of buying a new set of Turtle Beaches every year or so, so now I'll be researching another brand to go with.
Integral UltimaPro 64GB Class 10 SDXC Memory Card by Integral

Inserting the card into a PC showed that it was empty with just one image stored there. Hours upon hours were wasted trying every recovery tool available with no luck. I started to wonder if I'm been scammed with a fake card and got… Read more
Alpine MusicSafe Pro Filter Ear Plugs by Alpine
These earplugs work really well for sound, but they're not the cheapest. I've found other people using items that were almost identical who had paid less than half the cost, so it seems plenty of people are making generic copies of these. There's no real excuse for the high price. It's literally two tiny moulds of silicon with a plastic insert. They include a spare silicon earplug, but they don't include any spare inserts which are required to actually make these work. The spare one will help you if one gets damaged, but you're screwed if you lose one. Given that the carry case is designed so badly as to have the earplugs get stuck in there and you have to dig them out or bang the container… Read more
