We've not heard much from Ronnie Thompson since the publication of this book. And there is a reason for this.
'Screwed' is one of the most unintentionally hilarious books ever written. Written in the speaking style of drunk oaf in a pub, shouting at his mates and knocking over drinks.
You'll learn just as much about prison life reading this book as you would watching an episode of 'Bad Girls'.
Two stars because I did enjoy the first few chapters. Shame he was being serious.

This is, in my eyes, a perfect continuation of the television series.
The previous reviewer complains that this isn't the complete story but I thought that was kind of the point, it's meant to be the first volume of 'the next series' and cliffhangers were a big part of ANGEL.
If you liked the show ANGEL you'll love this (officially sanctioned) vision of the future.
My only complaint would be the high price tag (the extra pages at the back are nice but not particularly 'must-read').

If anyone ever asks you why you can't go out until after 8pm on a Saturday evening you need to show them this box set.
Perfect weekend entertainment for kids aged one and up!
Veering for light and breezy to touching and heart-wrentching (sometimes within the same episode) this is the series that got me hooked on Who.
The series finale will leave you breathless.
