The Book of Souls (The Inspector McLean Mysteries) by James Oswald
Not my usual genre, but I absolutely loved it. There was an element of mystery beyond the everyday crime format which brings to mind magical realism. The story was well-written and I felt that the characters were believable and sympathetically portrayed. Altogether excellent.
Teaching Literacy to Learners with Dyslexia: A Mul&hellip by Kathleen S. Kelly
Kelly and Phillips have added fresh ideas to a standard cumulative, multi-sensory teaching programme, and have included a good level of detail for less experienced practitioners, especially in the earlier stages. As an advisory teacher, I have been able to hand this book to a TA who has now successfully set up groups for dyslexic learners in a secondary school. Her level of success and growing confidence as a tutor would not have been possible without this book. The pupils are making good progress.
SLIGHT SECOND Super King Hotel Quality 4in Thick M&hellip by Lancashire Textiles

This topper rejuvenated a good quality mattress which was still providing support, but whose soft top layer had compacted over several years. The mattress now feels as good as new and won't need replacing just yet!
The topper needs a brisk shake to restore its puffy, softness. It stays put under the bedding. I am not sure why it is rated as a "second" as it seems to be top quality for the money.
