Silent Voices by Irene Kueh
Silent Voices by Irene Kueh
I read the first book in this series, Voices and loved it so I had to buy this one to see what happened next. This is a story about a dog whisperer who can talk to her dogs. I loved how she took them to join her team to find some kidnapped children. As an animal lover, this story pulled at my heart strings, especially with what happens to Bubba the Pit Bull, but you'll have to read it to see what happens to him. It had me on the edge of my seat until the very end. Looking forward to more in this series. .
Ninth Cycle Antarctica: A Thriller (A Rossler Foun&hellip by JC Ryan
This is yet another well-constructed story by JC Ryan and I love thrillers and mysteries.
If you like Tom Clancy, Dan Brown, and Clive Cussler type stories, you'll love this one. JC Ryan's stories use archaeology as the basis, then build mystery and suspense. There's and even a good romance in the story. I am sucker for stories like this where the border between fact and fiction is a bit blurry. This type of story just takes over my imagination and I have a lot of fun. I will definitely be adding JC Ryan's books to my reading list from now on. I highly recommend his work.
The Tenth Cycle: A Thriller (A Rossler Foundation &hellip by JC Ryan
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Mystery Thriller, 14 May 2014
I have been reading mystery and thrillers for decades and I think JC Ryan has done an excellent job writing this story. What makes it so amazing is this is his first novel! Well-done! Well thought-out and researched and edited.
This book is a mystery festival bad guys, archaeological mysteries, the CIA, Mossad, the Marines, President of the USA the whole lot. Even a good dash of nice romance. I enjoyed it and recommend it highly to anyone that likes to read in this genre.
I have also read The Ninth Cycle Antarctica - its another winner. I am certainly looking forward to read more of his work. I highly recommend this book.
