5.0 out of 5 stars chromE-funking-oh!, 23 May 2007
my word this album is good! i was a fan from the first time i heard needy girl from their first album and this work of art simply cements chromeo's place in my heart. the production is better than she's in control as is the general standard of song. it is less repetative and if possible even cheesier and more 80s sounding! standout tracks are the hilarious "momma's boy," "call me up" and the slightly Prince-esque "outta sight."

if you are a fan of she's in control then definitely buy this and if you have heard any new songs such as "tenderoni" or "fancy footwork" then be safe in the knowledge that those songs are fair representations of the standard of the album.

5.0 out of 5 stars this is ace-o!, 14 Jun 2005
this album is a must have for any daft punk fan. the monotony of the songs draws many comparisons to Homework and there are a few real pounders (Spinal Scratch, Ventura and Outrun). in fact, it is these three tracks that draw the largest comparisons to Homework. a few of the tracks (like the film) are very creepy and would be hard to fall asleep to, but all in all this album is definitely worth getting.

5.0 out of 5 stars freakin' awesome!!!, 15 May 2005
this album does not disappoint! i bought it after only hearing one track (Needy Girl) and did not regret my decision. the use of cheesy synths and vocoders (the things that enable you to warp your voice using a keyboard) are sublime and give a great 80's effect. all the songs on the album are brilliant, especially Me and My Man, Needy Girl, Destination:Overdrive, Rage, and Way Too Much. There is also the best use of a vocoder EVER, in the middle of the song She'z N Control. listen out for it, it will definitely make you smile.
for fans of dance, cheese and funk.
