This is the quickest way to get custom firmware onto your PSP. Works with ALL PSP-1000 models (PSP Phat) and most PSP-2000 models EXCEPT those with the latest motherboard (TA-088v3). 5.0 out of 5 stars Won't work on PSP-3000, 20 Dec 2008
This will not work on PSP-3000 consoles as Sony has made these un-hackable (at present!). The same goes for the latest PSP-2000 consoles made after mid-2008.
It works great on older PSP-2000 consoles which came with firmware 3.95 from the factory.
Please note this is a 1200mAH slim battery not an 1800mAh Phat battery.
